The Team

Lauren Katherine Pothier

Artistic Director

Lauren received her BA in Musical Theatre in 2018 and a Master’s in Public Administration in 2021. She is a private voice teacher and the vocal instructor for the JWU players at Johnson & Wales University. She has lived in Rhode Island her whole life, and wants nothing more than to create art here, too. Reverie is her greatest dream and biggest challenge, and loves every second of it with these people.

Megan Ruggiero

Megan M. Ruggiero is the proud founding Executive Director of Reverie Theatre Group and has over a decade of experience in theatre administration and production management throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She and her beloved dog — Amelia — currently dwell in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.

Alex Sprague

Technical Director

Jeremy Drolet

Associate Technical Director

Jeremy has been involved in every level of production over many years, and is grateful for the opportunity to lend his passion and experience to propagate the culture and mission of Reverie Theatre Group. Jeremy is ecstatic to have Reverie as a platform to support the integrity and values of this women-led organization. It will be among the greatest and proudest accomplishments of Jeremy’s life to be a part of fostering this supportive community-grown organization into a leading name in diverse feminist theatre.

Riley Nedder

Riley is a Rhode-Island based creative mutt extraordinaire and queer mischief-maker. They graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 2023 with degrees in Theatre and English, and have been making art with Reverie and all over Rhode Island since then. She is a firm believer in the importance of accessible and impactful storytelling, and is incredibly grateful to be working with Reverie to make all of their wonderful, impractical dreams come true.

Alyssa Germaine

Alyssa holds a BA in Theatre Arts from Bridgewater State University with a research focus in authentic and safe actor/director relationships. She is passionate about immersive theatre, new work development, and documentary theatre that highlights real voices. She owes her love of theatre to too many incredible women to count and enjoys a good cry now and again when she thinks too deeply about it all. Alyssa is so grateful to be a part of the Reverie team and to be able to help create beautiful things!
